Yesterday i was on half day leave , after service my car, spent another 2 hours chit chat with Wati in her office. Then received a call from Penang, a new friend of mine, told me he’s coming to KL for training by month of December and ask me wanna go out for cuppa coffee. I didnt give my immediate reply to him. Anyway, i still have a week to consider about it and confirm the appointment.
In the late evening, was kinda surprised received a call from a friend who missing in action for 3 months ago, no news at all, suddenly buzz me up, asked me out for a drink. Wondering what’s wrong with him in his life. Well, i not really know him in life, but everytime chat with him, one word never ever escape from his mouth is STRESS. He sure mentioned it to me without fail. After he hiatus for months, finally ‘appear’ again.
I told him i was bit lazy to drive to kl town, we met up at Bandar Sunway for a drink. End up i just knew that he actually no idea how to get there, well i just gave some directions to him to get there, he was smart enough manage to find the location.
I was pleased to see him again. Miss his charming smile, but when i saw him last night, he looks so exhausted and tired, no more charming smile, no more cuteness. Shit! God know he must be over stress up at work again.
Imagine he can forget of what i am doing for living ..etc…i just teased him that he should upgrade his memory chip and add on some ram. hahaa. He told me he was tight up with work and stress up till almost forget own name. OMFG!
We had beer @ The Joint, enjoyed the live band music. It was my 2nd times been there, cozy place to enjoy drinks, live band with performance (not noisy type) and most important thing can watch football. Mind you, i know nothing about football. We had a jug a beer and a short chat, then decided to make a move, coz he need to ciao early and hit his sack. Gosh, he was not sure how to get out from the place back home, i just showed him the way back to highway, i need to drive a long journey to get a U-turn back home. Can’t blame him doens’t know the way coz he just got his new car, hardly drive around. LOL! He is another friend of mine need baby sitting.
Phew! It’s nice to have a catch up with friend once a while to chill out together.
