Almost everything we want in life comes from the help of other people. If we can connect better with people, we will have higher chances for success. There are three types of people we should strive to have in our close personal network.

1. People who have the answers and solutions you need. Or at least can help you connect to those who do. (Meaning – find someone who can teach you what you need to know to be better or solve your problems.)

2. People who can do what you can’t. People with special skills, skills you don’t have. (It takes longer time to learn something you are not talented in. Better to seek help from those who are already good.)

3. People who already have the resources you need.

1、别低估任何人。
2、你没那么多观众，别那么累。
3、温和对人对事。不要随意发脾气，谁都不欠你的。
4、现在很痛苦，等过阵子回头看看，会发现其实那都不算事。
5、和对自己有恶意的人绝交。人有绝交，才有至交。
6、学会宽容伤害自己的人，因为他们很可怜，各人都有自己的难处，大家都不容易。
7、学会放弃，拽的越紧，痛苦的是自己。
8、低调，取舍间，必有得失。
9、不要试图给自己找任何借口，错误面前没人爱听那些借口。

It’s obnoxious, ridiculous and piss off while you work with this kind of pain in ass person everyday!

It’s alright for me to work with ugly person but not STUPID person !! ARGHHHHHHH!

Case 1:

Upon supplier delivered the goods, the receiving never check the expiry date and received the expired goods at your cost. How stupid?

But end of the day they blamed on your team why never practice FIFO?

Case 2:

When you are seeking assistance on system error, they question why your section is non profit and why order the food item and where’s the cost & P&L goes to? What the fuck?! i am facing a system problem whereby can’t view the purchase order in system, but i have to answer your cost issue and P&L yet you are not fixing my fucking problem in the system?!!!

Case 3:

Always spell my name wrong in the email and copy to the whole world!

I need some sun light

Lately, i am bit down, depress, confuse in the state of mind …involving some personal matters and working environment issues. *sigh*

In month of May, no celebration for my birthday. I lost my beloved canon ixus camera during one of the gathering at the Curve, Starbuck. I left / slipped off my camera from my bag. *proof* it’s gone! I was blaming myself being so careless and overwhelme on that night.

I felt so handicap without my camera for 2 weeks, till i can’t wait for it no more… i bought a Canon Ixus 80 IS as my new toy! I still saving my budget to get my 1st DSLR soon!

Working wise, no more fun time! more pressure, more shits to clear off, more headache matters to follow up.. sigh..wish me good luck and stay strong to overcome all these!

2 days ago received a call from bank, this nice and kind lady told me she found my name under CCris list which my application got rejected, she urged me to check wiht Bank Negara Malaysia what happen?? I hope by end of this month, there are some sun light shine on me, to clear off the dime dark cloud in days.

It’s alright to work with Ugly people instead work with stupid & lazy people!!!

It’s gonna drive me crazy up to wall and nuts when dealing with those people, my patient totally is running out!

Imagine my HR personnel can’t understand what is ‘designation’??

Imagine my staff can’t understand incoming or outgoing material for indeminity form?

Imagine my HR personnel doesn’t update staff movement? staff resigned for 1 month and came back question me? come on, who approved their clearance and wages? Any new hired not even inform me, not even update the department, god know the info will drop from the sky?

Imagine Operation Manager push the responsibility to an associate to perform a manager task and he totally ignore what’s going on? let the associates suffer together?

when bad thing happened, will try to find the culprit! skin off someone’s skin to cover it. skeptsheep oh…

Imagine my cousin keep telling me why the picture i show to her in facebook can’t save the original size? why picture size turn out only 5kb and so small? HELLO! i showed you the hyperlink it showed all 60 photos in thumbnail size, you ought to click on which thumbnail you want to enlarge the photo and save the file up, instead you save up the thumbnail version! i’ve explained 2 to 3 times, why you still can’t get me? do you feel me?!!

ARRGGHGHGHGGHG!!! WTF?! do you all understand simple english and chinese? are you blind or deaf?

Please give me a break!

Traffic jam

Yesterday got up early rushed for SFSMS audit opening meeting at 8am, guess what? early morning i been trapped in traffic jam which rarely happen in Putrajaya! such a ridiculous to me, why? normally i will leave my place by 8.30pm, will reach Putrajaya before 9pm, even many cars but the traffic is kinda smooth. But again, 8am traffic was so terrible if compare to 8.50am traffic condition. ARgghh…

Do you know what happen? due the stupid design of the huge around about and the stupid traffic light configuration. All the cars are heading to the center of round about, all stuck together bumper to bumper due to the stupid traffic light! the traffic light only let you move a few cars and stop you at few steps junction. If you were the driver, definitely frust to the max level!

The stupid traffic jam totally ruin my mood in the morning!
